We are looking for a relaxed and friendly new female house mate to join us. We have a newly decorated double room available with bills included. Close to busses, town and parks. The room is large, clean and bright and has a private wash area.

The house is approximately five minutes drive to Castle point shopping center or ten to Bournemouth town, or a two minute walk to the local shops and amenities in Charminster.

We are just off the main road for bus routes into bournemouth square and triangle, the main Wessex Way slip road for all major routes, the motorway, JPMorgan Chase bank and Bournemouth airport.

There is TV and wireless hookups in the rooms and a full shared virgin media TV in the shared lounge. There is also a shared, kitchen and dining area.
There is a bathroom with electric shower so hot water is not an issue and a separate under stairs toilet.

The house is kept clean and tidy, with occasional cleaner and gardener. It has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere with a nice garden with decking area for BBQ's. There is also a small gym and spa in the garden and fresh fruit and vegetables grown most of the year!
