I have a lovely double room with double aspect to let in my property in Winton from 1st June. The room is in good decorative order and is furnished to a good standard.

The property is a fully licensed HMO and I am an Accredited Landlord.

I am looking for a working tenant seeking good quality accommodation in a house with friendly housemates. As the property is licensed, the accommodation is for single occupancy only, so is not available to a couple.

The room, located on the upper floor, has double aspect windows, is fully furnished and includes a sofa, and is in good, clean decorative order.
