Spare room for rent

Hi,

I have a double room available for rent in Bournemouth. I'm 30 seconds walk away from the town centre, and i work 15 minutes walk away in westbourne.

The room currently has a double bed in there and i'm looking to add some more furtniture depending on who rents the room. I'm a new owner, so i'm adding bits as i go along. The rent is £400 per month which includes all bills except food. I have sky tv, wireless broadband and a washer dryer (the website tells me to highlight these?!?).

I'm quite a relaxed, easy going bloke, so i'm not looking for a party animal, rather someone who is willing to treat my flat as their own. I've lived with women before and preferred them as a flatmate, but i'm open to either.
