Comfortable room in Southbourne

Room in Southbourne available from 30th October or date after this to be arranged. South facing, modern two bed flat. Room includes queen sized bed, computer desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared kitchen/bathroom/lounge and a cupboard for storage, washer and dryer, smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, PS3 & unlimited extra fast fibre internet. I keep tropical fish but no other pets.

The flat is conveniently located next to a bus stop and Pokesdown station. It is a 15 minute drive to the centre of Bournemouth. The beach is a 10 minute walk where I have a beach hut. There is access to local 24/7 conveniences such as Tesco/pubs/restaurants/banks.

I am looking for a 20's-30's professional or student to share my flat with. No early shifts please. Someone who is easy going, cleans up after themselves and is respectful. My current flat mate is moving for work. She has been one of three excellent lodgers I have had over 4 years.

A bit about me: I work at a local university as an IT manager full time. When I am not at work I have a few hobbies. Badminton, Kayaking, gym and the odd mountaineering trip. I like to chill with my girlfriend, pub with mates or films/box sets. I am vegetarian but don't mind meat eaters if they are hygienic.

A few important notes:
- Available to move in from 30st October or other date after on an initial four monthly signed 'agreement.'
- £350 rent paid monthly on move in date by standing order only. This INCLUDES bills/council tax.
- £350 security deposit up front to secure the room. This will be returned the day you leave.
- One work reference and one previous landlord reference would be ideal and taken up before move date.
- No DSS/benefits.
- No smokers, even outside.
- Ample parking is available along residential roads next to the flat and there is bike storage. On site parking available from £10 a week.
