Big double room in 3 bedroom home .

Hello, I have a big double room to let in a 3 bedroom home.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and cupboard with drawers and tv ariel.

My home has a modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Downstairs wc, and a shower room upstairs with room for a bath but I'm saving money to finish this project, then I just have to finish the last few bits of DIY like new carpet painting and decorating.

My home is 3-5 minutes walk from Charminster road bus stop and 15-20 minutes from Castle Point shopping center.

£100 a week

4 weeks deposit would be required in advance together with 2 weeks rent.

Now a little about me I'm a baker, I do some early morning's and I have different days off each week. When I have the money I go out to town or to dinner with friends, I make jewellery and celebration cakes.
