Included in the room is a double bed, double wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table. The room has an en-suite so you will have access to a toilet, basin, bath and shower. Flat screen TV also included.

The en-suite bathroom is cleaned and bedding changed weekly included in the rent. Free use of washer and tumble dryer (within reason).

The property is a luxurious 5 bedroom house situated opposite Queens Park and adjacent to Kings Park (ideal for runners and walkers). This is a pleasant location near several bus stops. The property boasts and the renter has use of a games room with bar, gym weights and multi gym included. Outside there is a large slabbed area with external seating and lounge furniture and a swimming pool, (swimming pool only in operation during spring/summer months).
