Great, top floor (so comes with a decent view over Winton), furnished flat with double glazing and heats well. It has two double bedrooms each come with double beds, a wardrobe, chest of draws, a desk and bedside table.

Room Description:
The kitchen has plenty of space, and electric cooker, fridge/freezer combo, and a washing machine that also doubles as a tumble dryer.
The lounge is also part of the kitchen and has two coffee tables, and two sofas that we have arranged to make a corner sofa (see pics). It also comes with a 32 inch TV with free view!
The shower room has a toilet, sink and shower. It’s a rather large room for just a shower, so we use it to dry clothes and store the mop n bucket too.
The flat is fully furnished as I stated above however we also have a few bits of extra furniture that we brought to the flat ourselves; we plan on leaving this behind for your use if you want it and includes:
Two leather computer chairs, a white set of draws and the matching cream sofas as seen in the pictures. (Of course we can get rid of these if you choose not to keep them.)

Reason for moving out:
My flat mate and I started to rent this place in back in September, however due to a few issues with his course he has had to move back home. So because of this our landlord has kindly decided to let us leave on the basis that we find someone else to take our place. I am moving in with some friends as soon as I find a replacement tenant, so you can move in as soon as you’re ready too!

As For Bills:
Electric is pay as you go (around £12 a week) however there is no gas so this is all you have to pay. The water bill, given to you by the landlord, is just as cheap as there’s only a shower, sink and kitchen sink.
