House is situated a 2 minute walk from Charminster High Street, 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station, 15 minutes to the town centre or beach.

The house itself has open plan lounge and dining room, separate kitchen, and south facing garden with shed for storage and BBQ for the summer! Broadband and sky TV also included.
