double room is part furnished with double bed and built in wardrobe.

close to the town centre, the bus stop and only 5 minutes to the beach.

all bills included and deposit required (can be paid by instalments)

it's a modern and clean house, we would like to have somebody who is mature, responsible and who keeps the house clean with us.

room will be available from the 26th of August 2014. If you want to move in a few days later...that's fine, just give me a ring and we can talk about the moving in date.
