Clean double room in laid back house

I have a clean double room coming up for rent.

It's neutral coloured and fully furnished. ALL bills included with the rent price and this includes 100meg fibre optic broadband.

This is a family home with a young baby so if you are not prepared to live with a baby then please do not apply.

It's a very laid back house and a very big one so despite there being quite a few of us it works well!

There is a lovely big garden, and a Shed for smoking. There is a lounge but this is only for my partner and I.

Rent is weekly and deposit is just a weeks rent up front.

There is a possibility of me accepting animals but this would need to be further discussed. There is already 2 cats in the house.

Please be aware there is NO off street parking. There is on street but it's a first come first serve basis. We are however right next to a bus stop and Charminster high street is just a 5 minute walk away. There is also a convenience store opposite the house.
