I'm an easy going, friendly and house proud 35 year old.
I am tentatively looking for someone to share and enjoy my flat with, rather than needing someone to fill a room. Its important to me, therefore, that we get along.
I am a smoker, enjoy DVDs/PS4 and work nights. I'm very easy to get along with.
The flat is in good condition, having recently made some improvements. The kitchen is also to be upgraded in the next month. The flat is fully furnished with all the facilities you'd expect, want and need. Front and back secure private entrances, with on street unmetered parking at the rear.
Small outside courtyard for washing/bbq etc.
It's a good size flat in a good location. Its a basement flat with plenty of light inside. There's a big hallway and a 3rd bedroom which I don't use - but great for storage of bikes and weight bench.
Very close to the beach and town centre. Great for the summer.
Would suit reliable, decent flatmate without any dramas. Available now.
