House mate wanted for spacious house near beach

We are 3 young professionals looking for someone to share our large welcoming house with. We are outgoing and sociable who would like to have someone of the same mould.
The house consists of 4 large double bedrooms- the one for rent includes some furniture.
We all share a large living room, two bathrooms, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and finally we share a huge kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and plenty of space for numerous people to cook. We like to keep the house clean and presentable, we clean up after our own mess but help each other with communal areas.
We have wifi and sky plus HD
Bills are separate and are split 4 ways, roughly £70 or upwards per month
These include
Gas/electricity
Sky/broadband
Council tax
Water

Just a slight warning!
The estate agents normally add a little on the rent if you move in as a couple. Although we haven't said no to couple I honestly believe the room available, is too small for couple and you may feel cramped in the bedroom.

On the plus side.
This is a great place to live, as you're in the town centre with everything is readily accessible.
You're not too far from the train station and if you love the beach you're only 10 mins walk away ( I timed it myself)
