Flat is really nice with 2 balconies, decent sized kitchen, a shared lounge and 2 bathrooms/toilets.
Rooms aren't big but rent is a steal at £255 pcm each (including water/sewage).
Looking for sociable/easy going professional male or female between 22-30yrs old. Must be clean and tidy (at least in shared areas)!
Will be living with 3 guys. Surfers / into the beach, health/fitness, chilling out, music, travel etc and are vegetarian/vegan - any similarities obviously a plus but not necessarily essential!
