Dog Friendly flat in Bournemouth

Hi all,

I have recently bought this flat in Bournemouth for both myself and my little Chihuahua. I am looking for someone who likes dogs to rent out my second bedroom. If you have a little well behaved dog I would consider this to. I have a garden which is useable however it is undergoing a few alterations at present. There is only one bathroom to share but another separate shower room.
At the moment I work away all week so we are only around from a Friday night until Sunday morning.
When I am home I'm hardly there much but if I am I like to watch movies, have a glass of wine, cook a little food etc, or relax with my boyfriend. I like having a chat but equally like my space too. I have shared before plenty of times and consider myself to be a very tidy, clean and considerate person. I'm looking for the same kind of person to enjoy the room.
It's currently unfurnished but this could be changed for the right person.
