Perfect for University foreign students - I love another Spanish person to move in as I'd like to improve my Spanish, but that's not a deal breaker :-)

Room - Good sized furnished double room on the first floor of a newly renovated 2 bed end terrace house on a quiet road.

Furnishings - The room has a double bed (inc. bedding), x2 chest of drawers, x1 bedside drawers, desk & chair, hanging rail, basin/vanity unit. More/less furniture can be provided if necessary, no problem at all.

Facilities – Cozy lounge, spacious kitchen/diner, well equipped kitchen, bathroom (with separate bath and shower), sunny back garden (the smoking room if you’re a smoker), unlimited WIFI.

Very convenient location - 2 minute walk to shops/bus stop, 10-15 minute walk to train/bus station/Lansdowne University buildings, 15 minute walk to beach.

Parking - Non-restricted on road parking. Small front garden, enough space for a motorbike.

You - Student or working (as long as you do something), happy, social and not a couple (I don't fancy being a gooseberry)
