Room free near Bournemouth Station

Hi there!
We have a double room spare in our three bedroom second floor flat. The flat has been decorated to a high spec and is well insulated (so no damp!) There's also a large sitting room that isn't pictured.

The room is a nice size and can come with the bed, wardrobe and coat rail for £150, or is available unfurnished. The flat is on a quiet road, there’s only one parking space but we rotate and the road has plenty of parking too. The location is about 10 minutes from Bournemouth Station & ASDA, ideal for commuters, and a 20 minute walk to the town centre.

It's a 12 month contract, the deposit is as stated above plus one month’s rent which will be paid directly to our estate agent. Agency set up fees are £225, which may be slightly steep for some but they are a very good agent who have looked after us and they are swift to fix anything too.

Bills are around £30 - £40 per month, and council tax is around £30-£40 too. We’d like to split the council tax between the three of us, so aren’t primarily looking for a student unless you’re willing to chip in too!

My housemate and I have lived together for three years now. We’re usually pretty quiet throughout the week as we both work quite long hours full time in Bournemouth but like to do things at the weekend like go to the beach/cinema or trying something new! Slightly in love with Game of Thrones/ Scrubs/ Friends/ board games too and are very easy going.

We love it here are really don’t want to move so would like to find another housemate asap to move in for the 1st September, get it touch if this sounds like the place for you!
