Fun & Friendly Houseshare - Double Room Available

Hey - Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out mid-December so we are now looking for an urgent new roomie!

The room available is a good-sized double on the ground floor. It's fully furnished with loads of storage (including a wardrobe with full length mirror) and windows overlooking the garden.

The house is located on a quiet road not far from Charminster high street where you can easily catch a bus to Bournemouth centre (or walk in approximately 20 minutes).

The kitchen is huge with everything you'd expect and the back door leads out into a low-maintenance garden which we regularly use for BBQs and general socialising!

We also share a homely lounge with Sky TV and comfy couches.
There are 2 toilets in the house, one downstairs and one in the upstairs bathroom alongside a shower/bath.

Current housemates:
Jesse, 24, Student Nurse and backpacking/travelling expert

Rosie, 23, works in nutrition/health and makes an awesome smoothie (quickly followed by a chocolate binge)

Lauren, 25, works in finance and is a creative genius!

We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, fun and respectful/clean.
Although we are professionals who need our beauty sleep on a week-night, we're a social house who like to hang out in the evenings, cook together and go out at the weekends! We would love to find someone similar :)

Not willing to accept couples but otherwise pretty flexible!
