Female wanted to share 2 bed apartment with!

Hi there!

Due to last minute cancellation I'm looking for a female to share my two bedroom apartment with.

Preferably someone who's also a postgraduate or in their final year and looking to rent long term. Professionals are welcome as well!

The flat is in great condition and situated right behind the train station, so bus stops, ASDA and all other amenities are within easy reach. There's a kitchen, lounge and bathroom to share. There's parking available and room to place your bike. The room is furnished with a single bed (you can easily fit a double in there if you want to).

My name is Manou, 24-years-old, from The Netherlands and will be studying the MA Post Production Editing at the Talbot Campus. I'm easy going, love film and try to be a good cook once in a while.

I'll be moving there in the week of Sep 8. The rent is £375 and will be paid quarterly (excl bills but includes water rates). Deposit is 562, 60.
