Double room to rent for one person in a spacious home- shared with a professional couple with no children.

On street parking is always available.

Our house is in an excellent residential location. We are in walking distance of Pokesdown station, Southbourne Grove and major bus routes so easy access to town centre. We are also walking distance to Bournemouth Hospital and JP Morgan.

The room is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table.

Rent includes all bills and really fast Wi-Fi!

The shared areas of the house consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with an additional lounge in another room so there is always somewhere quiet to relax, bathroom, utility room and a garden.

We have a small dog, and 2 chickens so there is an endless supply of fresh eggs!

Free access to tennis courts opposite.

Room is available from 18th Sept 2017 (can be flexible on dates) at a rate of £500 per calendar month. 6 months maximum let to start with (then would consider extending) but happy to accept shorter terms. £250 deposit required plus rent 1 month in advance.

Also happy to accept Mon-Fri lodger at a reduced rate.
