Furnished double room in Charminster

Hello, we are a professional couple with a spare room to rent in our home in Charminster. Steve is an engineer and works in Poole and Laura works in Investment Banking in Bournemouth.

The property is a three bed semi in a really lovely and quiet street just off West Way. There is one bathroom upstairs and a w/c downstairs. There is lots of on road parking available and the street never gets busy. We have a garage so plenty of bike storage and a decent sized garden. There is also a washer / tumble dryer etc.

We have three indoor hutched guinea pigs and would consider other small animals for a higher deposit.

We are a friendly, easy going couple and will treat who ever moves in as an equal flatmate rather than a lodger. We enjoy spending our evenings catching up on TV series, cooking.

We are looking for a professional person or quiet student to move in as we both work full time. Room is for a single person only, sorry no couples. The rent is £470 and includes all bills. Deposit is also £235. Would be willing to agree slightly lower rates for a Mon-fr only tenant.

Very good location, can reach Castlepoint or Charminster high street with a 15 min walk. Less than five minutes to bus stop which take you straight into town.
