Double room available near the town centre
Hi, I'm looking for someone to take the double room in the current flat I'm renting, would preferably like a female flatmate but willing to reconsider dependent on personality. The rent for the flat is ÃÂã450 the deposit will also be the same amount and the admin fee would be ÃÂã75. Looking for someone I can have a genuine friendship with as I don't want to be living with someone and it be awkward in the flat. I'm really friendly and would consider myself a homely person, that being said I do enjoy a night out and having a few drinks with my friends. Please tell me something that makes you interesting and maybe what a typical day for you would be and any interest you may have.
