Double room Bournemouth, cosy central flat

Our flat is female-only, friendly and welcoming, strictly non-smoking, and very centrally located in Bournemouth, modernised, with central heating, furnished comfortably, and spacious. Fast WiFi included. The flat is ideally located only a 15 minute walk to town centre, 10 minute walk to Charminster shops/restaurant/nightlife area, and a 15 minute walk to Bournemouth University. There is plenty of unrestricted car parking, but there is no secure covered space for a bicycle.
There is one large double room available from 10th January for single occupancy, for an inclusive rent of £550 monthly. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED with absolutely nothing else to pay. We are looking for one friendly FEMALE housemate who is neat and clean and who enjoys company but respects the privacy and personal space of others.
