This is a double size comfortable and light room for single occupation close to shops, airport and bus routes (Including easy access to the Chase Campus) and with off road parking if you have your own car. It is freshly decorated and cleaned. There is also storage for a bicycle.
The room is equipped with TV, Storage space for clothes etc, desk, refrigerator. For longer term stays we are happy to change the layout to suit the tenant. The house has 38mb fibre optic wifi.
There is access to large modern kitchen for own meals (Range Oven, microwave, dishwasher etc) and for washing clothes.
The rent includes bills.
NB. We do help train assistance dogs: Normally Golden Retrievers will be in the house: so not suitable if you are allergic or do not like dogs!
The current tenant of 18 months has moved to a new job in London.
