Room for rent in Winton!

Double room in Winton available for rent right now. I have already paid for December and January's rent so that will not need to be paid if you wanted to move into the house asap :) Basically my situation is that I am looking for someone to replace me in my room in Winton as I have gone on intermission for my course at the Arts University Bournemouth until next year.

I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible as I have now moved back in with my parents in Brighton so paying rent in Bournemouth despite not being there is really hurting my bank account!

There are four other girls in the house aged 18-19 who are absolutely lovely and great girls to get on with. The bedroom I have is very spacious and has lots of light, the kitchen is also large and has been newly fitted and is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, dry cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. The living room is also large with two big sofas and a 3D TV with lots of channels to choose from. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower.

The rent includes wifi and the TV license has already been paid for by me and my housemates. Bills are included in the rent for £14 per week which makes the overall rent £436 per month. This means that the heating and hot water can be left on all the time which is great because you would never have to worry about having a cold shower! The house is on Cardigan Road which is right next to 99p store, Lidl, Waitrose, lots of charity shops as well as many more shops along the road which makes getting a job easy0.

Overall it is a lovely place to live and I'm sad to leave but I have to. I hope that I can find someone to replace me. Please don't hesitate to call/ text or email me if you are interested. :)
