Hi, my names Kat and I have a large double room to rent in my 3-bed house in Charminster, Bournemouth. My house mate is moving out for a job in Brighton, so I'm looking for someone equally as nice! I am outgoing and social (more of a live music fan than a clubber) 29 & looking for someone friendly and outgoing whose up for hanging out, watching films, having a glass of wine, cooking etc. Clean and tidy so would like someone the same, who is happy to share chores. My interests are music and anything vintage / retro.
It's 550pcm bills inclusive and you would also technically have your own bathroom (but its not en suite.). There's also parking, wifi, sky - and I have 2 cats. Room is completely furnished with 2 x wardrobes. Available from September 2016.
