I have a spare double room in a modern clean and tidy 3 bed town house with 2 friendly young professionals already.

We are approximately a 10 minute walk from the pier and there are many bus routes along the way.

There is one car parking space which is on a first come basis but there is lots of street light parking right outside the property.

All bills are included in the rent and you will get use of fibre optic broadband and a basic virgin media package.
