I am final year student finishing my degree in February and I will be moving back to my home town to begin looking for full time work to save up for travelling. I currently live in a 6 bedroom house in the popular student area of Winton, Bournemouth. I live in a house of girls, all first year AUB (Arts University Bournemouth) students studying a range of courses from Media make up to Illustration.
My contract finishes July 1st 2015 and so I am looking for someone take over my rent and bedroom. I have a lovely, double sized bedroom with a double wardrobe, a table and three drawers, two bed side tables and I'll likely be leaving a double shelved unit and desk chair.
The rent is £350 per month, and bills are averaging £25-£30 a month currently. The location is an easy bus ride into the main town centre, and a 20 minute walk to the AUB university.
