One Double Room For Rent. £280 Per Month. Winton.

Hello, my housemate is moving out of our student house in Winton meaning that there is a double room up for rent for another 8 months. The room is ONLY £280 per month (which is considerably cheaper than other rooms in Winton) and between £40-£50 per month for bills (not included in the rent). The bills are all split evenly between all of us and include water, electricity, gas and internet.
The house is a 20 minute walk from Talbot Campus and a 5 minute walk from Winton high street.
There are 3 toilets; a shower room, bathroom, 2 freezers, 2 fridges and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, shelves and a wardrobe with draws. There is also a large garden, a nice sized kitchen and a fairly spacious living room.

Please note: there is a £204 admin fee,£300 deposit (which you will get back as long as there is no damage to the house) and the first months rent has to be paid in advance. You also need a guarantor (if you are coming from abroad your guarantor needs to be in the UK). If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay the full 8 months rent.
