I have two double Bedrooms for rent for £115 and £120 per week respectively. Both are good size bedrooms but one is larger than the other

- Suitable for professional or Masters student

Monday to Friday arrangement also considered.

Communal areas include; Kitchen with dishwasher, Lounge; with smart TV, Internet, bathroom; with separate shower, bathroom (shared with 2 others), separate toilet and garden.

The house has 4 bedrooms currently occupied by 2 female professionals and a female landlord. We are very sociable and friendly, but very respectful of one another’s privacy, and space.

The house is kept clean and tidy and would suit a professional, who enjoys and contributes to a tidy environment.

15 minutes by transport to Poole town center
10 minutes by transport to Bournemouth town center
10 minutes by car to two leisure Leisure Centers
12 minutes to Poole hospital
Sainsbury’s and Lidl, and shopping facilities 5 minutes away.
