Very large double bedroom in a detached house available. Room is suitable for a single tenant or a couple (my self and my partner lived in this room until about 3 days ago, we have just brought our first home and living in a shared house really allowed us to save money for our deposit but the house is big enough to still really feel as though you have your own space).

The room is spacious, tastefully decorated with plenty of storage (four built in wardrobes).

The house is a large detached house with off road parking for 3 / 4 cars plus a garage. Close to amenities - tesco express situated at the end of the street. Less than a five minute drive to Castle Point. There are parks and a nature reserve area literally minutes away on foot.

The house has a large luxury bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub. There is a second toilet down stairs. There is a very large open plan kitchen / diner with built in appliances including a giant American style fridge freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish weather. Double oven and grill and a five ring cooker, breakfast bar area and large dining table and chair set. The kitchen has double french doors which lead out to a patio area and large level garden with lawn area. Garden also has an outside seating area and large gas bbq! There is a wendy house lock up for storage along with the garage.

The house also has a snug/lounge area with sofas and flat screen tv mounted on the wall.

The room comes unfurnished however the house is pretty much fully furnished as a result of us all living together for some time now - my partner and I and one of the house mates lived together previously in a flat (the boys living together for numerous years now). So the house is ready to pretty much move in to, with just a bed as the room has its own wardrobes. The reason we are leaving is because we have just brought our first home together. The guys are really lovely and very welcoming - the room is ideal for working professionals, either a couple looking to save money by sharing or an individual wanting more space.

I have really enjoyed living here, it is a lovely modern house with a perfect kitchen / diner for socialising. Would really recommend viewing!

House is complete with two cute teeny tiny kittens that are house trained and very sweet! Our house mate completely takes care of these and they are his responsibility :)

The room is £500 plus bills.

(£650 per month for couples including bills, for single person the bills will be less - money sits in a house account so very transparent for all housemates to see what money is used for and when there is a surplus etc)
