Hi we are Matthew and Sala. We looking to share our home with a very friendly and peacful female lodger.

This is strictly a non smoking home.

The house is located in the heart of Winton, on Calvin Road. The location is perfect for getting to the shops, University and all the language schools. Calvin Road joins onto Wimbourne Road, which has all the major bus routes into Bournemouth and Poole.

The room itself has a lovely Double bed and plenty of storage space. The bed has a high quality mattress. Also there is a beautiful writing desk in the room. I have spent a lot of time, money and effort on making the room as welcoming and beautiful as we could. That's why we really want to find the perfect person that wants to look after it like their own.

As well as your room you will have complete use of the kitchen, living room and Shower room/toilet. You can use the washing machine and the tumble dryer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to live in a very quiet, safe and beautiful home.

The rent is £100 per week and includes free WiFi and all bills.

We will need two weeks deposit in advance.

We need at least a 3 month rental commitment.

We are sorry but we can not accept DSS or any pets.

You must be able to provide references from either you school or employer.

We really feel like this would be best suited to an International foreign student or female who is studying and or values their peace and quiet.
