Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a student property that's located 5mins away from Talbot Campus, and 10mins away from Winton High Street.
The house is big, and the room is really big and downstairs (photos can be attached but be warned, they were taken quickly when it was messy and it doesn't do justice for the size of the room). One living room, 2 bathrooms.
The current housemates are all male students, lively and looking to make the most of their second year.
Rent is £330p/m, deposit is £330 and there are admin fees (around £180 but will need to check).
