Lovely double room

This is a first floor room sharing a bathroom with one other. We can provide furniture or you are welcome to bring your own.
The house has a large kitchen which which contains the washing machine, two ovens, breakfast bar and stools and of course you are welcome to use any pots and pans that you might need. The kitchen backs on to the large garden area and mini conservatory, which you are welcome to use freely. There is plenty of free on road parking and a secure area behind the gate for bikes. This is a quiet residential area, within 10 minute walking distance to the train station, bus stops, coffee shops, supermarkets, JP Morgan, Bournemouth hospital and Southbourne high street which has bars pubs and restaurants.

Please be aware we do have a dog house mate too! Her name is Toffee she’s a very friendly medium sized golden retriver x cocker spaniel.
