Double bedroom, own bathroom Wharfdale Road

I am Chrisitna and I have 1 double bedroom to rent in 2 bedroom share flat located close to the Bournemouth center/Westbourne BH4 9BH. The whole flat will be shared only between me and you. Flat is in perfect condition (recently refurbished) in quite new building with built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en-suit).
Room is really huge with en-suit bathroom and enormous built-in wardrobes. There is a storage outside and locked area to keep a bike, two entrances one with a intercom. You have also assigned car park space and plenty place on dead end street.
There are agency fee around £270 for checking. and deposit £500.
Only professional please with references as this is required by letting agency.
Assumed monthly cost £580-600 (depends on utility usage) including bills.
Room is available from end of October or beginning of November and as long as this add is on this website.

Please also consider that if you like smaller room and pay less I can offer you the smaller with own bathroom for £480 and then I will take this bigger;). Contact me to arrange viewing and view both rooms if you want.
