Large double room in flatshare!

A large double room available in a top floor flatshare, in a spacious detached Victorian house.

Bright rooms, high ceilings, large lounge, bathroom and kitchen diner. I moved in nearly four years ago and the flat was newly refurbished then. New carpets throughout. There is insulation in the walls and roof and the house is centrally heated, warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

We privately rent, so there are no admin fee's. Our landlord is very reliable and fixes any problems very quickly. We have had the entire buildings pointing done and have a new roof added as my landlord keeps great care of the property, this decreases our use of central heating.

Rent is £400 each (£800 overall together) it's let unfurnished. I have a couple of bits of lounge furniture and so there is space for furniture. You'll need to provide bedroom furniture. We have all white goods, but there is space for more if needed.

The house is on Capstone road in Charminster, which is a great location, quiet road, but close to Charminster road which has lots of amenities. There are bus links at the end of the road and it is easily walkable to town or university.

There is a front and back garden and ample street parking that is free. The garden is well maintained by the landlord free of charge. Bills are approx £100-120 each month on top (includes council tax, tv license, water, sewage, broadband, gas and electricity.

The deposit is approx £500. There will be a joint tenancy agreement for 6 months and then the contract is rolling.

I am a midwife so currently work shift work and have a very friendly house cat. We aren't allowed any more pets in the house unfortunately.
