Hi there,
My name is Victoria and I have a spare room to rent in my house. I rent a room to a French couple and a Hungarian guy who are here studying English & working. We are tidy, sociable and friendly. We have a large shared bathroom with bath/shower, fully equipped kitchen, small garden and we have a cleaner once per week for the communal areas
I have two small very friendly dogs who tend to stay out of the way and sleep in my bedroom.
The room is approx. 12x 12 ft, light and sunny. It has a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table in French country chic style. There is on road parking and the house is very close to local shops and about a 10 minute walk from Bournemouth train station.
The rent includes all bills and wifi.
