I have a Double En-Suite Room becoming available on 1st December. The property is a fully licensed HMO and I am an Accredited Landlord.
I am looking for a working tenant seeking good quality accommodation in a house with friendly housemates. The rooms are restricted for single occupancy only, so are not available to couples.
The double en-suite room, located on the upper floor, is fully furnished and is in good, clean decorative order with a three-piece en-suite.
The property comprises two communal three-piece bathrooms (three bedrooms include en-suites and all of the rooms are fitted with wash basins), shared lounge, breakfast kitchen, utility room and small conservatory. There is a garden and two parking spaces allocated to the property as well as off-road parking.
The well-equipped breakfast kitchen includes three ovens, two sink units and three fridge/freezers. The Utility Room includes another sink unit, washing machine and two further fridges-freezers.
