I am a friendly professional female aged 29 looking for someone to rent a room in my home. The flat itself has two bedrooms with two bathrooms and open plan living. The room has a double bed, triple door wardrobe and bedside table. The flat has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Most of the time you'll have sole use of the main bathroom. There is no off road parking.
I work fairly long hours mon-fri. I enjoy socialising with friends and relaxing with a nice glass of wine! I like to keep me home clean, tidy and organised and am looking for someone who is like minded.
