Small Terrace House - £375 pm inc all bills!

My long term housemate is moving out last minute before my tenancy renewal and I'm looking for a replacement ASAP

Rent is a bargain £370 pm inclusive of All Bills!! ..including wifi, sky sports in each bedroom!

Small 3/4 bed terrace house in lower charminster - near David English/BSB School - with all mod cons, garden, lots of storage space etc... Not a show home by any means but a nice home and not a busy 'houseshare' typeset up.

Stable quiet area, I ( male, 30) have lived here 8-9 years....and really don't want to move - partly as the rent is so cheap for house!

House to be shared between 2 on the tenancy (myself and you) with option of 3rd downstairs as a Lodger - currently have Lodger in place to keep rent down.

I'm needing someone to sign onto tenancy with me for 6 months minimum therefore must meet agency criteria of being in full time work for last 6 months and pay £104 agency reference fees.

Would suit laid back, chilled type personality - ideally looking for single person rather than couple but will consider all on merit
