I have a lovely large, fully furnished double room to let in my beautiful two bedroom bungalow. The property is on a very quiet road, within short walking distance of bus routes, local co-op, launderette, off-licence etc, and offers off-road parking. The house is approx. a 20-25 minute walk to Bournemouth University Talbot campus.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, sofa, desk and chair, and flat screen TV.

You will have shared use of the bathroom and lounge with live-in landlord, and your own cupboards in the kitchen. There is also a garden with large decked area.

The room would particularly suit a third year or postgraduate student. Somebody who is very clean and tidy, and respects privacy of others is essential. The property is strictly non-smoking.

I work full time and am pretty busy, generally keeping to myself. Although I occasionally have friends or my partner round, it is a pretty quiet house and so I would like somebody similar. I also have two cats, and may just ask you to feed them occasionally if I am away.
