Housemate needed for lovely 2 bed in Bournemouth

Room available in lovely 2 bed flat located near the triangle/on the beachfront. It's an old victorian townhouse so lovely high ceilings and bay windows. Shared living room/kitchen/bathroom etc and a washing machine and dryer.

The available room features a mezzanine bed and is partially furnished (my current housemate has essentially agreed to leave whatever is needed as he is off to India) The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

I work full time, but am generally around in the evenings, either at the pub, cooking or watching terrible/excellent films. Would hope to live with someone friendly, fairly laid back and tidy.
