1 double rooms to let

the acommodation is 1 double furnished room upstairs in our house, the other room has a student from last term, we have put in a new kitchen and bathroom upstairs so would only be used by people renting the rooms, we would be living downstairs, we are looking for a responsible person who is grown up in attitude, must be in full time employment/college/uni with checkable references, we are a quiet couple, and would be looking for someone who is quiet, respectful with kind ethics and behaviour, we have 2 little cocker spaniels who live with us, so we will have our own door to our place, but we are there if you need us for any thing, so generally it would be your own place upstairs, we are quite easy going and are looking for a low maintenance no drama trustworthy nice person, no drugs or drinkers, preferably vegan/veggie, thank you
