The room is in the much sought after area of Talbot Woods. Its perfect for a professional/ student, who wants to stay in a peaceful but homely environment, that's not too far from town, the beach and/or the University. There is a large sitting room, kitchen and also a large garden and conservatory to relax in after a busy day. The room has a single bed, a desk and chair, bedside table as well a built-in cupboard. There are two bathrooms and toilets in the property. There are currently two female students staying, one is 30 from Korea the other is 34 from Brazil, they are both very friendly and easy to get a long with, they are studying at the University. It is three minutes away from a bus stop that takes you to town. It is a 15 minute walk (3 minute drive), from the Talbot Woods Bournemouth University campus. It is a five minute drive to the town centre or two minutes to the nearest shopping area, Winton. There is on-road parking in the quiet cul-de-sac. A garage is available for a negotiable fee. You will not be disappointed! (all bills included)
