I have a double room to rent in Queens Park with main use of bathroom. It is a modern 3 bedroom flat, just sharing with myself.
The rent is negotiable depending on number of nights required. This includes all bills. I have wireless broadband. There is on road parking with no restrictions.
The flat is about 10 mins walk to the local amenties in Charminster where there are a number of restaurants and bars / pubs. It is approx 25 mins walk to Bournemouth train station.
I am a sociable person however I tend to socialise at weekends as spend quite a bit of time exercising during the week.
I am quite easy going but I am quite clean and tidy and would expect the same.
