We are ideally situated for both Bournemouth & Poole Town Centres (less than 5 minutes walk to Bus stops.)

Walking distance to two good sized supermarkets.

Fully furnished room - double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk & chair.

Wifi connection to the internet.

There is a shower room on this floor for sole use of lodgers (only two lodgers in total), with shower, toilet & wash basin.

The kitchen is shared with the family and has a large Range style cooker, and there is a fridge & freezer for the sole use of lodgers.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a microwave, additional toaster & kettle for quick meals.

All rooms have fire-doors and smoke alarms.

We are looking for a working professional to share our home. We will also consider mature postgraduate students or trainee airline pilots! Sorry but no couples and no undergraduate students please.

We are a 10 minute walk to the University's Talbot Campus.
Bournemouth Airport is only 15 minute drive.
