Cosy single room, bright friendly house

The room has wooden floors and a bright north facing window, a comfy single bed (185cm long, 73"), a chest of draws, a wardrobe and lots of shelves as well as under bed storage.

The house is spacious and bright, all the rooms freshly decorated a neutral white, ready for your own personalisation. Wooden and Tiled floors throughout the property.

We are looking for professional people who will appreciate a lovely place to come home to, and will keep it nice.

Also able to provide towels, bedding (feather duvets and pillows) cotton bedlinen and wool blankets for an extra £100 on the deposit.

THE HOUSE

There is a large kitchen and dining area with table and four chairs, it is fully equipped with cooking implements, pots, pans, plates, gas hobs and two gas ovens as well as a microwave and a good washing machine, (clothes line outside for drying clothes).

Central heating throughout with a new boiler.

A separate sitting room with large feather sofa and BIG TV! really nicely decorated, it opens up into an outdoor but covered patio area that's great for winter and summer lounging in the fresh air. A small garden with lots of potted plants, a patch of grass and a small vegetable patch that needs sewing!

There is also a porch for your shoes & bikes and a place under the stairs to hang all your coats. There will also be space in the carport alongside the house to keep motorbikes or bikes that has a gate and padlock on it.

All the rented bedrooms are upstairs, there is a bath and separate toilet. There is another toilet downstairs and we will be installing a new shower down there in the next few months.

There is also a shy cat here who keeps to himself but does give a little meow to be let outside.

Outdoor pets like rabbits considered.

THE AREA

Great location situated roughly the same distance between Bournemouth (40min walk through the gardens or 15/20min cycle) and Poole is 20min by bus, obviously both trips are much shorter by car depending on traffic.

4min walk to the bus stop with routes 14 & 16 going directly to Bournemouth and Poole.

5 min walk to tesco express with a nice chip shop & butchers next to it with a few other take-aways a little further.

There is a beautiful green Heathland only a few minutes walk with a pond and forest area great for walks or to go running/cycling. There is also a great gym with swimming pool, tennis courts etc 7min walk with a local library next to it. 7 mins drive to Bournemouth University Wallisdown campus.

There is safe on road parking outside the house, and two spaces in the front garden that are currently used but may be available soon.

This is only one of the three rooms available in this house, we are also looking for someone for a lovely double room £370 (double bed) and a large double £420 that will be available at the end of the month.

Although listed as 'live in landlord' its going to be more of a house share as the 'landlord' is mostly away traveling several months at a time. She is a very relaxed friendly & funny Russian lady.

NOTE: the house is due for a paint job this summer & rendering on the front brick walls so it wont be looking too shabby from the outside for long.
