Looking for an easy-going flatmate to move into:

• Great location opposite Branksome Woods – a 15 minutes’ walk takes you directly to Branksome Beach
• The rent is £375 / month plus £150 for bills (this includes everything).

A bit about me: I am 39 and work as a Marketing freelancer / Trainer & Coach. I love Salsa dancing, Jack Dee, a good chat with friends, good food, a nice glass of wine and a morning run along the beach.

As my current flatmate is now off to pastures new, I'm looking for someone new to share the flat with.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is easy going, laid back, open and a good laugh; someone who is also clean and tidy and reliable when it comes to maintaining the flat and paying the bills.

(This is a shared tenancy - we would pay half of the rent each and share the bills).
