Lovely small, single room in Bransgore, a village on the outskirts of Christchurch. Bransgore has access to doctors surgeries, an optician, a small Co-op, Post Office, newsagents and two hairdressers. There are also several very good pubs in the village and a number of others within a short drive.

The room is in a house on a quiet road with a large rear garden. There is parking at the front of the property.

Access to nearby Bournemouth Airport is about 10 minutes by car, whilst Bournemouth Station/Lansdowne via the Avon Causeway takes around 20 minutes. Bournemouth Hospital and the Law Courts 15 minutes and Christchurch 10 minutes by car. The local primary school is within walking distance and access to Twynham, Highcliffe and Ringwood secondary schools is between 10-20 minutes.

There are two cats at the property so no pets accepted.

The house has a cosy lounge with Freesat and broadband. In the kitchen there is a cooker, fridge/freezer space and a washing machine. The shared bathroom is modern and clean. The room to rent is a single with a chair, bedside chest, single bed and a wardrobe (on order). Bedding is available if required.

I would prefer a lodger Monday to Friday but willing to consider all week lodgings. Reference. s essential
