I currently have a spare room available for rent within my flat. The room is available as both part-furnished or unfurnished, had a new fitted carpet laid in September 2011 and there is a large, built-in storage cupboard within the room. The property contains a modern fitted kitchen with table top dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine as the main appliances. The living room is a good size and sky has been installed to include broadband. The bathroom was brand new as of July 2012 and new carpets were laid in the lounge, hall landing & stairs in October 2013. All bills are included and pictures are available upon request.
