We have a light double bedroom with bay window for rent in our newly refurbished house. You would have primary use of a bathroom as we have an en-suite. Large, brand new family / kitchen diner.
We also have a garden and plenty of free street parking.
10 minute walk from Christchurch Railway station and 15 minute walk from the town centre.
We would prefer short-term lets or Monday-Friday lets for flexibility. (Obviously rent would be reduced)
You must be clean, tidy, quiet and positive person. We are both teachers and therefore work long hours.
All utilities and internet included. Wifi in bedroom.
Please note we have a very quiet and nervous saluki/greyhound dog, but she keeps herself to herself.
